Shopping
Take a stroll through the quaint mountain town of Revelstoke and discover all the charming local shops. Pick up some small gifts for loved ones at The Annex, shop for local jewelry at Garnish or peruse the region’s best artists at Art First.
Brewery Tours
Since 1996 Mt. Begbie Brewing Co. has been brewing delicious craft beer in Revelstoke. In 2017 they won Canadian Brewery of the Year! Find out what is so special about this little brewery on their daily guided tour. PS don’t forget to look for the bear prints on their cement floor.
Aquatic Center
Enjoy a swim in the 25-meter pool, take a leisurely float down the lazy river, enjoy the steam room, sauna and hot tub while you ease your tired muscles. Test the waterslide, or challenge yourself on the climbing wall and diving boards. The Aquatic Centre is a great way to spend the evening after a day playing in the snow.
Christmas Tree Pageant
Check out the beautifully decorated trees at the base Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The Tree Pageant goes from Dec 4th-Jan 6th and is a great winter attraction to get in the holiday spirit!
Bowling
Bowling, cocktails, lounge and ski shop all in one at The Cabin. With 8 lanes they are willing to accommodate big groups or just a lane if you are looking for a fun family night out.
Hockey
Catch some Revelstoke excitement at our local, small-town arena! Take in a Revelstoke Grizzlies hockey game. A favourite winter attraction locals. The arena hums with excitement and small-town pride as we cheer on our team. Come early for entrance to the beer garden. And don’t forget to try the poutine! Some might say it’s the best in town!
Winter market
Every Thursday brings farm and craft vendors together for the Revelstoke Winter Market. This a great chance to treat yourself to some baked goods, an authentic souvenir or gifts for those at home.

Revelstoke has always been known for its steep terrains and natural features. New this year Revelstoke Mountain Resort had added a new beginner area with the Stellar Chair. With 6 new ski runs, this offers a great chance to learn how to ski in Revelstoke.

Snowshoeing with Revelstoke Snowshoe Company
In Revelstoke we get snow, lots and lots of snow. The best way to get around, snowshoes! With green and white canopies all around, snowflakes falling and perhaps some hot chocolate waiting for you at the end of the trek, try out Revelstoke Snowshoe Company for an epic tour.
Winter Fat Biking
If you haven’t tried fat biking yet you should add it to your list. It has all the fun of biking and snow mixed into one. Head over to Skookum or Tantrum to rent a bike for the day and try your hand at some biking in the snow with some fat tires.
Cross-Country Skiing
Not just any cross country skiing, but night time cross country skiing. There’s something a little bit magical about gliding under the lights at Mount Macpherson. With 6km of lit trails and 26 additional km of daytime trails, it’s a family fun adventure waiting to happen. Learn everything you need to know from the Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club.

Night Time Sled Tour
Great Canadian Tours runs evening tours right from the base of Revelstoke Mountain Resort. What’s better then experiencing the mountain then at night during a guided tour?

Dog Sledding

Paragliding- Something Different?
Why not take your adventure to the next level? If you love to ski or snowboard you can take off, from your skis, at the top of Revelstoke Mountain Resort and go paragliding to their mid station in tandem with an instructor. Talk about an adventure with Revelstoke Paragliding. Plan on taking a few hours as no one fly’s if the wind isn’t right.

Nordic Ski Club
One of the most peaceful, energizing and inspirational activities that you can take part in is the night skiing at the Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club. The lights are run by solar, light up 6km of trail and make for an evening unlike any other.
The Revelstoke Nordic Ski Club dates back to 1891 and is run by dedicated volunteers. Revelstoke is famous for our huge snowfalls – averaging 350 cm per year measured at valley bottom. The Nordic Ski trails are located on the magnificent Mount Macpherson with about 26 km of groomed trails on an easterly aspect.

Mount Macpherson has a large parking lot and lodge at the base of the mountain. Ole Sandberg Cabin is located 2.5 km from the parking area and houses a wood stove and first aid supplies. The Nordic Club also offers lessons and rentals.
Accommodations
Accommodations are not hard to come by at the resort. From single family homes and rentable condos to luxury suites and bargain motels, there is something for all prices ranges. One such location is the Swiss Chalet Motel, located in the center of Revelstoke.
Offering just 22 rooms to visitors, Swiss Chalet Motel is quiet and private, allowing for peaceful seclusion between ski runs. Each morning starts with a large and completely free breakfast and contributes to one of the many reasons that the motel was voted “Best Value” by TripAdvisor. Visitors can also relax and watch large LCD televisions, enjoy the view from the balcony or participate in unlimited swimming and exercise at the Revelstoke Aquatic Centre. Free Wi-Fi is available for all visitors. The entire motel is non-smoking.
Swiss Chalet Motel offers more competitive packages than many of the other Revelstoke ski packages in the area. From the time the resort opens for the season until December 21, visitors of the motel can enjoy full day passes and standard queen accommodations ranging from $195 USD to $467 USD. December 22 through February 27, full day passes and standard queen rooms cost between $238 USD and $539 USD. If you prefer to ski later in the season, package prices are the same as the beginning of the season. Prices are dependent upon the number of people and are slightly higher if you are travelling solo.
