Summer Activities
The Aerial Adventure Park
Get your adrenaline pumping as you challenge yourself to swing, climb, zipline, jump and free fall through this four-story aerial park. With over 50 different obstacles varied from beginner to advanced, climb across the Rings of Madness, the Bear Paw Bridge, climbing wall and enjoy the thrill of two 50-meter ziplines. From the highest point of the course, test your will as you free fall to the bottom. This is a guided two-hour experience to ensure lots of time to conquer the obstacles. Operating daily for 8am-6pm during the summer as an ultimate summer attraction.
Mountain Biking
The RMR, a great way to explore the mountain and see what hides under all that snow! To access the trails take the Revelation Gondola to mid-mountain, here you start the Stoke Climb, a total distance of 7km and the access to the other two trails. To reach the downhill trail, the Fifty Six Twenty, climb the full 7km to reach an elevation of 1713 meters, take in the postcard views before you embark on an flowing 15km top to bottom downhill trail. Access the enduro style trail, the Greely Trail, from the Stoke Climb and enjoy the 4.6 km up and down. Peak Axe Throwing
A true Revelstoke test, unleash your inner mountain lumberjack with outdoor axe throwing at the resort. Payment is based on axes thrown, as they say, get 10 chucks for 10 bucks! Start with a short lesson, followed by 5 practise throws before the real challenge begins, throw a bullseye to win a prize! Eight people throw at once and is based on a first come, first serve basis.
The Woodchuck Disc Golf
Take in the stunning postcard views of the resort by challenging your friends and family to a game of disc golf. Summer attraction for the family! Now with 18 holes the course is broken in two sections, the first nine holes start near the village base, but load into the all glass gondola and take a scenic ride up to reach the remaining 9 holes and complete the course. Head to the R Gear to rent a disc for $10, check out the selection of drivers, midrange and putters for purchase, and grab your free score card.
River Pirates: Wild Blue Yonder Rafting Company
Set out on an epic journey with the crazy Captain and First-Mate on an improv style pirate themed white-water rafting tour. This 2.5-hour experience includes a 1-hour float on a calm 9km section of the Columbia River, just outside Revelstoke. Kids are asked to choose their pirate name, given a map to the buried treasure and dressed the part with bandanas, face-painting, foam daggers, and a bag of gems and coins, fun souvenirs they get to keep. On completion they will receive an official Pirate Certificate and free photos of the experience. Certified raft guides safely take the kids down the river and life jackets and water-resistant pants and tops are provided. Where To Swim In Revelstoke
Water Activities are great, but sometimes a good swim is all you need. Below we’ve outlined some of the best swimming spots in Revelstoke! If you’re looking for a quick dip into Glacier fed waters then Lake Revelstoke will suit for sure. And although Revelstoke isn’t known as a warm water destination, locals have a few favourite spots to cool down after a long bike ride or hike through the alpine.
Blanket Creek Provincial Park
Blanket Creek is about 40km South of Revelstoke on Arrow Lake. The lagoon at Blanket is a must see and only a short distance from thundering Sutherland Falls.

Martha Creek Provincial Park
Martha Creek is located 23 km north of Revelstoke on Lake Revelstoke. The waters of Lake Revelstoke are a bit chilly, however, if you search out the inlet’s the water is far warmer. There is also a great sandy beach, boat launch and camping available on site.

Williamson’s Lake
Williamson’s Lake, popular for its warm water, is location about 10 minutes south of downtown Revelstoke. It features a nice long beach, dock, playground and is stocked with each yearly.

Echo Lake
Echo Lake, is a bit of an adventure to get to, located south of Revelstoke along Airport Way. Go past the end of the pavement and make a left at the Akolkolex Forest Service Road and follow the road a few km up into the mountain. It features warm water for swimming and a great grassy lakeside learning perfect for a picnic.
