Yes. The Boulder Room includes a large private uncovered balcony, and the Mackenzie Room features a covered balcony.

If you are arriving outside regular check-in times, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We offer free cancellation 24 hours before check-in for direct bookings. If your booking is cancelled:

Before 3:00pm on the day prior to check-in: No charges.
Before 3:00pm on check-in date: 50% of total room charges plus taxes.
After 3:00pm on check-in date: Full room charges plus taxes.

Please note: If multiple nights are reserved, the cancellation policy as stated will be charged for the first night, the additional nights will be automatically cancelled without charges.

Parking & EV Charging

Every room includes an assigned parking space for easy arrivals and departures.

Guests travelling with electric vehicles can take advantage of our complimentary Level 2 EV charging station, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional limited parking of larger vehicles is available alongside the motel and in the back of the motel.
